It isn’t what you do that intrigues me most, it’s why you do it. And, of course, how you do it often leads to the most interesting conversations of all. I’ve lapped the sun many times while helping organisations and individuals improve their project delivery from strategy through to execution. I’m IPMA certified and a former IPMA course programme tutor, with a deep appreciation for both the discipline and the humanity of project work. I have plenty of stories from along the way… but those will stay untold. Through my blog I share my passion for projects, the organisations that drive them, along with experience, insights, and observations gathered over many years in the field. Away from projects you’ll most likely find me on a golf course, playing, training and competing. Much like projects, golf rewards strategy, preparation, mindset, and execution… and keeps you humble just often enough.
